The Resolution states as follows: conclusions and proposals of the subject report shall be considered; the speech of the Ombudsperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the Parliament shall be published in in Holos Ukrainy newspaper; The Verkhovna Rada and the Cabinet of Ministers shall take necessary measures to harmonize domestic law on the individual rights and liberties with the European standards and obligations of Ukraine; the Council of Europe recommendations shall be implemented, etc.
The Resolution obliges the Government to raise public awareness of fulfillment of recommendations of the Council of Europe bodies and the European Court of Human Rights by Ukraine.
